Korallin BioDenitrator S-1502

I have a Korallin BioDenitrator S-1502 and was wondering how much media (sulphur and crushed coral) was needed to fill up the reactor and also how much free space between the media and the top of the reactor was needed.
Also, how many drops per minute is needed for when I first begin using the reactor and for how long until i can change the drops per minute.
And if you have any other information to give me, that would be nice.

If you need a link for the product it is
http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_Aquari...enitrator.html

thanks
