sea urchins fecundation

I am making a proyect and I need help. At what density do sea urchins fecundated? at 45ppm? 20ppm? or sea water density?

Do you mean specific gravity? sea urchins should be maintained at natural sea water strength (1.025-1.027 with 1.026 being best) and optimal temperatures.
