LOL.

Not yet. Melev made it look easy to catch his hippo tang in a similar acrylic box.

Just as I predicted. Both are now eating inside the trap.

Hi Xenon

Can you add a sound track and comments from the peanut gallery to your video?

I followed the link to Melev's video and that was really funny!!

Thanks for the link!

What are you going to do with the Powder Blue if he has ich again? Start a new QT or put both fish in there together?

Will

These vids are a little too short to add a sound track. I am probably going to trap them on video witch should last much longer.

My plan is to take out all the fish again and QT them for 6weeks in hypo.

I don't usually post pics of my corals but I have a new favorite that I am pretty excited about.

This is a Chilli Coral and its 100% non-photosynthetic that prefers high flow.

I woke up this morning and was blown away how much bigger it got and how much more extended the polyps were.

xenon, is that a frag or is it direct from the ocean? Just curious on it's growth and how it can be fragged. Beautiful coral!

I have no idea. I got this coral from a local reefer.

When I got home and tested the salinity in the bag it was 1.035!!!!

It took me 8hrs to acclimate it and it doubled in size over 24hr period.

My firefish and niger trigger are out of QT and into my display. ;D

So far the trigger is playing nice with my tangs. I thought there might be an issue since my powder blue can be a bully sometimes but so far not a single agression issue in the last 48hrs since he was added.

I have read your thread before.

Sorry to hear about your blue throat dying.

My niger trigger is the most interesting fish I have so far and the least colorfull.

It's made by Avery and you cay buy it from any "sign shop".

I used a spray bottle with a little dish soap to keep the surface lubricated enough to slide it into place. Then I use a clean wide putty knife used for drywall joints to smooth out all the bubbles.

Nope.

The Avery vinyl is sticky on one side.

A bare bottom aquarium is pre-historic. How can individuals who call themselves human be soo pre-human as to keep marine life form in such an unnatural state.

This is just appalling.

Jepuskar, if you are serious, you obviously dont know what you are talking about. How about a little research before opening your mouth. Otherwise that was funny!
