Very nice!

You say you prefer 20K bulbs but which 20K?

Radium, XM or Helio?

To hide the PVC framework I sprayed it with Great Stuff™ foam in a can. I let this foam cure for 24 hours and then I applied an epoxy resin that contained no mold inhibitors.
I don't suppose you can remember the epoxy resin, or go into a little more detail about this? I would like to do something similar and this seems like a great way.

Congrats Energy. This is well deserved! I cannot believe how nice the tank is looking these days. The corals are growing in so well and everything just plain looks great. Great job!

I have always had this picture in my mind of my dream tank and set up. You have done what I dream about. Simply spectacular in every aspect. Thank you for sharing and congratulations on being recognized as TOTM. Truly deserved.

I use xm, radium and Coral Vue 20 k bulbs. All three work fine.
I'm getting a lot of questions on the epoxy resin that coats the great stuff styrofoam. Any brand of resin is fine, the important thing is that it does NOT HAVE MOLD INHIBITORS. I used the first brand I could grab from my local home depot. The stuff needs to cure for a week or more before you put it into a full fledged reef. I actually let mine cure in fresh water and tested it with goldfish. When it stopped killing them I figured it was cured. Then I dumped all of that water and mixed in saltwater. The structures are extremely boyount. Mine are siliconed to the bottom and weighed down with live rock. Don't rush the curing process for the epoxy resin this does take a while. The great stuff on the other hand was ready in 24-48 hours. The resin more like two weeks

What really stands out to me are the massive corals. They've been allowed to span out naturally unencumbered by neighboring corals. It takes patience not to go and buy a zillion frags and instead let a few grow. But the end reward makes it all worth it. Your tank is proof of this and hopefully others will follow suit and enjoy the same payoff.

Stunning tank, love to see a TOTM with lots of clowns and an amazing assortment of anemones the purple Gigantea is especially nice.

I imagine the pictures do the tank no justice, in person is the only way to view a tank like yours Energy
