Poll for people who are having problems cultivating Corraline

I haven't had any problems getting it to grow with PC to MH lighting over the years with any brand of salt.
I was using IO for a while and have since used Oceanic exclusively.
The thing I noticed was that coralline stopped or died back when I neglected the tanks.
I guess it could be high phosphates since they inhibit calcification.

I've used IO, Red Sea, and currently use reef crystals but did't see significant coralline growth until I started dripping kalk.

My theory for the explosion of growth is that the Ca/Alk became super stable with the kalk drip. I also have corraline growing on the bottom of the tank, where the sand gets blown around by the powerheads.
