LineX bedliner (or any polyurea) is a good option. However, availability in Venezuela is another question.

Caros maybe a local store will have the "paint on" type of bedliner product or epoxy based paint. Either would work very well also. You could also have a local bodyshop prep and spray a metal stand. The results would be much better than what you will get with a brush or aerosol can.
