NOTE: In the event of an technicality beyond our control (Sunday Funeral), The EST will move the meeting back to Jo-Mar's Petshop the night before. Please watch this thread close for any such announcements.

***If you want to be on the "Emergency Setup Team" please check in here as well. EST Will be a short list of volunteers who will help move tables, supplies etc into the Petshop starting around 5 PM the night before the meeting, you will need to stay up to date with this thread***

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to post here.
We need food, drinks, spare tables as well.

We need demos and ideas for demos.
We need a prize list posted ASAP.
We will need posters handed out/posted/given away etc.

We welcome you to bring your coral for sale or swap, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TABLE and power cords if you need them. Contact me if you want to reserve a space, we have about 6 space.
