Calcium Reactor

Simon,
I recently read your article entitled "A Guide to Calcium Reactors"
I am having problem with my reactor, and I think I need a peristaltic pump. The reactor water level drops and it fills with air bubbles. I am currently using a small aqua lifter that was reccommended by my favorite on-line marine store. It does not, however, have the power to pump enough water through the reactor. I contacted a dealer for the Watson-Marlow pumps that you recommended, but they need to know how much pressure is needed for my application. I have no idea. Can you help?
Thank you, Susan
