Is this damage from the manufacturer or shipping Co?

I recieved my 96x24x24 acrylic tank with damages on it... this is one of the overflows positioned in the rear corner of the tank. What does it look like to you poor craftmanship or Freight Co. damage, and yes i told the manufacturer and am curently deciding to get another tank from him or get a new one from someone else... Click on the pic for a bigger view. You can see the bonging material(the line and bubbles) just to the left of the Black acrylic.
