400 gallon fowlr

i have been reasearching salt water fish for a while and know what i want. i would like to stock it with a blue throat trigger, a niger trigger, a picasso trigger, 1 or 3 yellow tangs, 1 hippo tang, 1 powder blue tang, 1 bird wrasse, 1 harlequin tusk, 1 jewel moray, and 1 emporer angel. this sound s like a good list. i was thinking of squeezing in a porcupine puffer. it will have a 125 gallon sump and a great skimmer, what do you guys think?
