Small clown bleeding? :(

HI i have two ocellaris clowns in a 55 gallon tank with an ornate wrasse. This afternoon when i came home i noticed the smaller of the pair is keeping his mouth open. and it looks like there is a tiny amount of blood in his nose. Has anyone experience this? What should i do. Alll water parameters are fine. I have a bubble coral and a anchor coral and a bta in there as well.
