i need to move my clown & anemone

ive had a white cap clown and a blue carpet in my reef for a couple years and i just cant stand how aggressive my clown is. i want to move them into their own tank and need some help. i have a 100g cube (29" deep) that i can use but really would rather something smaller. what would be the minimum size tank for this anemone. then what kind of lighting could i get away with. can i go t5 or should keep it under mh. currently it is in a very shaded area under a 400w xm.

any other advice is appreciated as i dont want to get rid of them.

thank you
shad
