Lighting a 90g for Softies/LPS/Clams

I just bought my own christmas present off Craiglist, a 90g RR Oceanic with a matching stand! My wife and I will be moving into a house soon and I would like to have this setup as my main reef. I am not really interested in SPS, but I do have several Derasa's that I would like to be able to keep on the sand. For the combination of corals/clams I want to keep which of the following systems would work best for lighting:

-2x150W DE 14K MH+2x54w T5
-2x250W DE 14K MH
-2x250W DE 14K MH+2x54w T5
-Aquactinics TX5
-TEK or Current Extreme Pro 6x54W T5

I would also like to keep the electrical comsupmtion to a minimum.
