7~ Gobys
I have been told that all I can keep in a 7 gal tank is a pair of gobys, I want to have a go at breeding them, what gobys are easy to breed?
I am looking at... Neon Gobys (2) Green Clown Goby (2) But how do you pair them up? |

Gobies are easy to breed, it's raising the larvae that's the problem.

first you keep fish for afew years, when they start to survive, attempt breeding
You are going to waste alot of time, money, and frustration |

T~C, you will be WAY ahead of your game if you give up on this 7 gallon tank idea, it's just not very reasonable. Do you realize that if you actually do get anything to spawn you will have 10 times the volume of your "broodstock tank" just in food cultures and larval tanks??? Your'e going to end up with a half dozen tanks at least, why cram the breeders into the smallest and most difficult one? ( must be a friend of Matts )

I dont know Matt, I am guessn that he is MWP?
If so he is a great breeder. I have decided to just keep a pair in the tank and see how it goes. But I want a pair, how do I sercure a pair? |

Order a known pair from Inland Aquatics. Selecting pairs takes experience you don't have yet. The best way is to start with a small group of fish and you don't have a tank for that. If you try to select from lfs stock you have maybe a 50-50 chance.
