Useing a tri-pod
I usually just put my camera right up against the glass of the aquarium to take pictures, but the problem with that is that you can only fit one coral in the pic. So I bought a tri-pod and now I can take some shots of more than one coral.
I know they aren't that good, but bear with me , I will try to improve.

Those are some seriously outstanding pics!
The only suggestion I can make is to set some negative exosure compensation for the first two pics as they look a little overexposed on my screen. Those mushroom and zoo shots are awesome though. Greg

Good on you for using a tripod, it is the best way to get consistant results.
These photos are looking good, very good effort!

I am using my Kodak DX6490, The pictures are original with no tinkering or adjustments , straight from the camera.

Just to share a tip that recently dawned on me...if you're using the tripod and can't position the lens against the tank glass, extend one leg (or shorten 2 legs) of the tripod so it leans forward onto the tank glass. You can tilt the camera mount to compensate for the angle of the lens with the tripod on a tilt, I tried this and actually am having pretty good success with it.
