Why wont my CBB hide?

I just added my new CBB tonight and it was already picking at dusters and pods but, the two yellow and one PBT wont leak him alone. The only thing that is does is just swim in circles. It wont go into any of the caves that are all over the tank. I tired putting up a mirror but the tangs are more interested in the new fish. The CBB is about 4" circular. Please help my poor beautiful fish, Tim

turn the lights off so stuff goes into a more passive state. I turned the lights out to save my purple when i put it in. Would leave the lights on for couple hours or so until the picking got too bad then would shut the lights off again. The tank was only getting like 4 or 5 hours of light a day for a couple days. Now he gets along with tank mates fine.
