I had a Gen-X PCX-30 for about 7 days. It was warm and VERY NOISY. It sounded like a garbage disposal running 24 hour a day. I replaced it with a Velocity T-3. Dead silent. No kidding. Silent. The Velocity runs around 114 degrees with out a fan, the Gen-X ran around 140 degrees with a fan.
