CMAS Swap meet Dec 10th - Revised post

Dear CMAS Aquarist,

We have rescheduled the swap meet for this Saturday, December 10th, in the Rasmussen South room. Please contact Marelet Kirda at booster86@yahoo.com if you can help run it. We need at least five volunteers, including two who do not expect to sell, so that they can man the front desk, checking for members, etc.!

CMAS LIVE STOCK AND EQUIPMENT SWAP AND SALE RULES

TIMES:
1:00 pm - CMAS Volunteers Entry and Set-up (must show membership card)
1:15 pm - CMAS Sellers Entry and Set-up (must show membership card)
1:45 pm - CMAS Buyers Entry (must show membership card, family can
accompany member)
2:15 pm - Non-CMAS members Entry

Rules and regulations are:

1) Only CMAS members will be allowed to sell (please be sure to bring your current membership card as it will be checked before entry).

a) Pre-registration is required for any member who is selling/swapping more than 5 items or bringing separate aquariums and/or carts to sell frags from. Please respond to booster86@yahoo.com by Wednesday, December
7th. These members will be allowed to enter between 1:15-1:30 pm.

b) Any CMAS member selling 5 items or less, prepackaged in
individual bags or containers, need not preregister and will be allowed
to enter after 1:30pm.

2) No transhipping.

3) Sellers will be responsible for cleaning his/her area. This does
not mean smearing salt water around the table [grin]. Table should be wiped with freshwater and dried off.

Finally, this is a gentle reminder that we are "guests" of the
Schaumburg Library. Please be courteous and respectful of the other patrons.

I also don't have a printer so am unable to print application what should I do?

Yes, you will be able to become a member at tomorrows meeting.
Unfortunately it is to late to register, to sell (5) or more items, unless though rules are also not inforced?
