Hd Flood Or Pc Hood?

I have read alot on people using the Home Depot 65k or 10k floodlight and it costs 30 bucks. Some say they go bad after a little while. There is a 65w pc linear strip w/50 50 bulb for 65 bucks plus shipping http://store.yahoo.com/lamps-now/24cfpchoods.html
.... Anyone use the HD light and would say they would or have rather opted for the pc light instead? I am anxious to set up teh refugium and want to get it today but so far it might seem smarter to wait and get the pc... Thanks in advance for your inputs and opinions..
