DOnor Frag system

While lurking around some other clubs forums, i learned about COMAS (Central Oklahoma Marine Aquarium Society) Coral propagation and donation program. Essentiall Members donate frags to be propagated in another members tank, with expectation of the receiving member donates 2 frags into the system in return. (or so I believe)

Check it out here:

Actually, I already feel like that considering the acro that Jay brought for you that's in my prop setup. It's finally showing polyps that appear to be a mint green....

That's cool. After a few years all our tanks will look the same!

It seems like if you cant reproduce frags in your system your not entitled to a frag of something new. I guess thats a way of keeping things healthy?

yes, I think we are, we just need to discuss it at a meeting and develop a committee to run it.
