Question Need advise/help on Flatworm....

A friend of mine will be give me a few frags; however, he has informed that these frags are infected with Flatworms. I will treat these frags with Salifert Flatworm Exit in another tank before adding them to my main tank.

Questions/advises please.....
1. How long do I need to treat these frags?
2. If its more than a few hours, do I need light?

Please advise what would be the best treating method under my circumstances.

Thank you all!!!!

I would keep the frags out of your main tank, and quarintine the suckers for a couple months to see even if they live with the worms on them.

Months...wow. What would I need to setup my QT tank?

Can I use a 10 gallons tank with 2 MJ's and change the water every week for a couple of months. Would this be enough?
