Bubble tip problems
Hello,
I need some help. I have two bubble tip anenomes in my tank. One is a beautiful rose the other is white. It was my understanding that perculas would use this anenome as a host. I have tried with three different perculas and they will not go near the anenome. Has anyone else had this problem? In all the research I have done they say they will use it as a host. If anyone else has come across this please let me know. |

I have heard that TR Perculas may or may not host.
I have also heard that it can take a long time for clowns (in general) to host, if at all. BTW - your "white" BTA - I hope you are taking steps to aid it in it's recover. It is my experience (from this forum) that "white" anemones are usually "Hurting" and should receive TLC ASAP. Hope this helps. -Rich |

BTA's aren't naturally symbiotic with perculas, so they may or may not host.

Percs are very picky, I've had my bubble tip for over 2 years and they never took to it. I saw the male host it only once but the female would push him out
