Will CaOH lower Kh ?
I think i have a good understanding of this but i just want to clarify.

No, Kalk saturated, in FW, has a pH of +12 and still little precips out. In your tank no way to to a point. What does happen is that if you dump in some Kalk and it is not allowed to disperse quickly enough, there may be some CaCO3 forming. You will not be getting much of this to do anything to your Alk.
