Don't think it's ich but...

All - Had a case of ich breakout about 8 weeks ago in my main tank (FOWLR & LS) so I put everyone in hypo and they have been for 7 weeks. On all the fish the little white dots slowly dropped off and failed to return.

However on my wrasse not all the spots fell off. The majority did, but a couple remained. Today I noticed on his fins the spots were 10X larger. They were small before, however it's like someone broke them open and they flowered out in all directions.

Also I noticed it looks like someone took a pair of siccors to his one fin, it's almost cut in half. I don't think this is a symptom of ich. Any clue? Also everyone else in the tank seems fine except him.
