I saw this on me subscription and thought you all with nanos might want to watch out for this I hope the thread works

I wonder if the Nanocubes can shock you if you leave the one lamp pigtails unplugged???Any one ever been shocked??

Yes. Most recently at the accountant's office a couple weeks ago. And yes, it hurt.

I got shocked from my prop tanks a few weeks ago. I hate to admit it but it was my own fault. When buying a timer for the lights I had a brain fart and grabbed the normal one WITHOUT a ground. Got home and was too lasy to go back and get the correct one. SO I had the bright idea that I would cut the ground off the power strip and fix it later. Well later came sooner than I wanted. Salt creep must have carried current from the lamps to the water. So when I stuck my whole arm in it felt a little funny. Then when I tested the water with my little finger all of these not so nice words just flew from my mouth.
If anyone at work learned about this they would stone me. Lesson learned. Nathan
