In my 40g, I have a Seio 820 and a Maxi-jet 1200 (295 GPH).. The Maxi-jet is set to come on for 5 minutes and off for 5 minutes. Even the day I put it on I noticed great improvement on PE.. my frogspawn is the happiest it has ever been and my SPS are showing better PE. The fish more active as well.
I'm definately doing wavemaking on my new tank as I don't know how I've gone so long without it.

I have 4 maxijet 900's in my 55 gal (2 low in back and 2 high in front. Return from sump directed leftback to center front. Overflow right side. Wave maker set up to alternate between left and right powerheads. Tank seems to be VERY happy.
