Once a day will be fine.

I feed mine once a day. They will eat until they burst, so make sure you don't over feed um.

for a small one, then once a day is ok.
if it's a bit bigger then a good feed every couple of days is really better.

I aggree - large guys can do just fine on a big less frequent feeding schedule.

my porcipines would think they were being abused feeding once a day. i agree that would eat until the popped though. i feed small portions twice a day and believe they want more. i have to resist those cute little eyes and the mouth biting at me for food.
