good price on pheonix 14k's

anyone know of a place or somebody that sells these bulbs at a good price? i remember seeing someone on here selling bulbs for like 45 bucks

and thanks jimbo but i havent trusted ebay since i got ripped off on some expensive bed sheets a while back .......blah blah blah anyways im trying to stay away from them
