Pods eating Zoo's?

Anyone else having this problem? I lost the first colony of zoos that I had aquired. It was sad. They were my favorite, and the only thing I ever saw on them were some pods. Well now I noticed some pods climbing around on all my other colonies. Do you think I'm suspecting the right culpret and if so, how should I battle them? Feed more? Get a Mandarin?

Thanks,
KC

Pods usually don't attack a healthy animal, but they will clean up something that is in a state of decay. I suspect that something else is the primary cause, like a nudibranch, sea spider, sundial snail, or a fungus.
If you feel you have too many pods, and plenty of live rock that will provide a good breeding ground for a good suppy of pods, a mandarin might be a good fish.
