centipede like things in overflows

morning everyone.

i noticed that my one overflow has a bunch of centipede looking worms. they also are multi-colored. orange and purple.

if this doesn't ring a bell, i'll try to get a camera but have been lacking in that department.

anyone have any info? hopefully they aren't harmful.

bristle/fireworms? Though im not too sure how they would get into an overflow.

i had a rock that i put in there for mushrooms to attach too. guess that's where it came from.
