Baby Brine Shrimp

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this question in, but, i just bought a packet of frozen brine shrimp. I intened to feed it to my newly hatched peppermint shrimp, but they do not eat it, probably because it is too small. I was just wondering what i could use it for. To some corals or fish or invertebrates eat them? (they are smaller than a grain of sand)

Thanks

The reason the peps aren't eating them is likely because they aren't alive and moving. What attracts larvae to feed is the wiggle and jiggle
