My x-mas wrasse doesn't pay my cleaner shrimp any attention. It is perfectly reef safe. It is my favorite in my tank. He is cool. Make sure you have a sand bed, they burrow at night to sleep.

Are they jumpers? I had one long ago and really liked it, but I have no canopy to speak of on my 115g tank now (just a light fixture and bracing - plenty of room for a jumper to get out).

Mine doesn't pay any inverts in my tank any attention. Mine let my cleaner shrimp clean him off from time to time.
