cycle question

I'm not going to get much of a cycle if I use water from my other tank, live sand, and cured live rock in my ten correct? maybe a little algae, but i dont see how I could get a full cycle.

If you use live rock and some sand to seed your new tank you should not get a full blown cycle. Maybe just a little one. Just make sure to use RODI.
