Poor chomis coloration
One of my Blue/Green Chromis isn't as bright as the other fish. He is the dominant chromis of the tank. I feed my fish a mix of mysis shrimp and Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef. All the other fish in the tank look great. There is no visible parasite, infection, fungus, etc. Is there anything that I could add to my food regimen to boost color and health?

If the fish is the dominant one, its displaying a dominant color to show that he is the boss. Or its a slightly different species. No food will make the fish look better providing its being fed good already.

Its a good idea to have a refrence sample for alk test kits. 1.1350 grams of baking soda in 1gallon of distilled water=10dkh. Check your alkalinity test kit! |

My chromis looked realy pale when I got my tank...they came with it. After having it for a few months I am still using the food that came with the tank..something from Ocean Nutrition. I also started using vitachem something has helped because all three chromis now have really nice coloration.
