need to upgrade pump

i have a little giant 4mdx-sc, my tank is about 5 feet high, so i'm looking for a pump that can pump that height and push out a little more GPH then my current little giant. Also trying to keep it quiet.... let me know ur suggestions. As for flow, maybe somewhere in the 1600?
