Seaside?

How is seaside in long beach? I was going to get LS, plumbing, light for refugium, and a clean up crew. The two fish stores i was going to is tongs and seaside, which one should i go for which items?

Also I know I can get a cheap bulb for a refugium at HD, what are these called?(What brand, watt, etc)

Finally, I have an aluminum piece that supports my lights, it's about 2 inches away from the water. Will this rust?

seaside for both. only go to tongs for the high end items. =)
and seaside will occasionally get these in. they most often get in rare and hard to find fish for rock bottom prices. ie. helfrichi for 75.
