Acoropa

I have a mature Acoropa stag that has grown it's way out of my tank. It stands 13 inches high and most of the tips are out of the water. My question is, I have a 150 with 3 250 MH 10K bulbs I would like to move it to the bottom of the tank. Do I have enough light to be able to move the coral without risking damage. My tank is 26 inches tall..
