Although we blew it there seemed to be some people who were bummed they missed the requirements to get in. They are welcome to come to ours. How did you come up with the 2nd?
Honestly, this mistake makes me feel awkward about brotherhood/sisterhood given the lengths all the local clubs have gone to, until now, in order to not double book days with events. And, your second paragraph makes me feel like the scheduling wasn't really an accident.
I don't know if any of that is actually the case, but that is how it makes me feel.
