Tang Issues

I introduced this hippo tang over four days ago.
I have a 80 gallon tank, all readings within normal parameters.

I have found him, on two occasions, stuck against the overflow and one of my powerheads.

He is a VERY active fish, feeds regularly, spends most of his time popping in and out of the rocks, especially when there is a human in the room.

One of his eyes appears bulbous. The other is fine. The fish itself seems to be ok. There are three fish in the tank, a yellow sailfin tang and a watchmen goby.

Other than that its just my clean up crew.

What could the eye issue be? Could it have been damaged by the overflow? Or is it just an infection.

I also notice my yellow tang has two white stripes along the laterals of his body. He hides constantly behind the rocks. Almost never comes out, but I do see him feed. He is also very active.
Is it lateral line disease?

I don't think the two issues are related.
