Nori is good, also a good quality spirulina flake food comes in handy. i have also heard of feeding them blanched zucchini and squeezing the inners out of frozen peas. Mine loves to munch on chaeto.
although they will eat most proteins I think the key to keeping them healthy is a variety of veggies.
