You cannot use hypo with inverts or live rock. Leave the display fshless for a minimum of thirty days. Move the fish to another tank for treatment. Did the fish have white spots on them that look like salt sprinkled on them? Are you sure that they have ich or could it be something else? Ich often causes a secondary bacterial infection which can lead to finrot. You may have to use an antibiotic such as Maracyn-Two or Nitrofurazone (Furacyn) along with hypo.
