Im betting something happened with either the purples, the sohal or the emperor...or all three. Those fish are notorious for being aggressive towards newly added fish.
I have a blueface and an annularis, both about 7". They are both pigs, somewhat aggressive and I think theyre pretty hardy. Theyve made it through quite a few tanks, many battles with ich and so on. THey RARELY ever get ich or othert parasites when the others do. Maybe im just lucky.
