Since they're orange they're probably just laying them. Fanning and mouthing them is just taking care of them Not alot you can do right now. Just watch them develope.
If you're prepared to raise them you can siphon out the babies right after they hatch. People also put in smooth tiles for them to lay on so they can pull the tiles just before they are going to hatch.
