Thanks for the idea. I might try that. I often do something similar by placing a small amount of food on the coral first which prompts it to expand and then I feed the rest of the food.
Do you turn all pumps off before you squirt the "juice" on the corals or do you find that the water movement doesn't affect the corals reaction.
How do you find you go with fish stealing from the corals?
