Confused with red algae

I have a problem with patchy red algae. I have recently also had a problem with diatoms which I have resolved with a change in my RO/DI filters, as my TDS was greater than 25%.

This red algae is not hair algae, it comes in sheets and oxygen bubbles form within it. It is easily removed with simple suction, but then quickly reforms in the same areas,

My perameters are great, and I have plenty of flow with a 120g tank, I have 2 nanostreams, mag7 on loop, mag 12 on return, and a vortec, almost too much flow for my softies and my frogspawn.

Temp- 78.5-82.5
pH- 8.15
ORP- 420a-500s
PO4- 0ppm
NH4 - 0
NO2- 0
NO3 <5ppm
Alk 9.2
Calc 460

Could this be due to the high TDS, since the change of the filters TDS of new DI water is 0.

Any insight into what kind of algae and haow to control it would be great.

Thanks
Todd
