I always worried/wonder about what happens when tank has a problem and the owner blames the care taker and so on. I figured its got to be a tuff job and would be a problem if something went wrong like stuff just started to die. Like a tank crash. The owner wont be happy and couldnt help but think the care taker did something wrong, added something he shouldnt or didnt wash his hands. LFS do it all the time im sure this has happened.

That is a good point and many LFS charge a premium for it... as for me I will most probably supply the water and ask the person not to add any "stuff" in the aquarium!
