Help out a dummy
OK, first things first- I'm female, and a lot of this discussion is kind of going over my head.
Secondly, I'm not in Richmond....I think I found this thread while searching for 'chiller'
What exactly causes the problem? If a heater fails.... what makes it dangerous? Is it only if water travels down the power cord?
