I have a RIO 2500HP pump that has been running for a year and a half. It is time to replace the impeller. From all the negative posts about the RIO pumps I am wondering if it's better to just replace the pump. Does anybody know if the Rio2500HP pump has a reputation for breakdown or is the problem limited to the smaller RIO pumps.
