the way i understand it, that would fall under "unreasonable search & seizure". also, people under the influence of such drugs
may be truthful but there's always the chance of incoherent babbling. i've seen more than one case where the state took incoherent babbling and tried to get a conviction. in those cases, the drug of choice was usually alcohol, not sodium pentathol.
