The wife and I actually had a couple of the 5 oz. Filets last night for dinner. It was the first time I've eaten an Omaha Steak. I have to say that is was very tasty.
Plus, I have to agree with what has already been said, don't over cook it, or it will just taste like any other steak from the store.
